It's the same company that makes Franco Sarto, Via Spiga, Naturalizer, Doctor Scholls. I want my shoes to be affordable fashion forward and a perfect fit.

"Ah, you guys you know this is Teresa. She is the one who designs my line. Without her, there is no shoes."
We "get off on the right foot" by starting with a sketch.

"So tell me what do you think design wise really sets this collection apart?

"Well there's so many earmarks that we do in the Gretta line."
In shoe design there are three design musts; enough room for toes-an angle that's right and cushioning that supports the foot

"We've got a number of types of insole foam that we use and this is actually the sheets that come in rolls and we'll cut the insoles out of this.
Then there are fabrics, heels, buckles.

"So this is basically a prototype. So you won't get this shoe, but we're going to start here. I'm going to put it on my foot, so is Teresa, and we're going to wear it, wear it, wear it, and test drive it to see how it is."
The next step is selling them! To launch the gretta line, i went straight to TV. And QVC.

"I know whatcha thinking why is she here? Well not everyone can come to Boston so QVC is bringing them to you!"

"OK well you know what i just checked out the shoes and they look great and feel great everything is all set."
My stylish sole mates are a steal-under 50 dollars.

"Congratulations that one is completely sold out. The elastic strap Mary Jane's are sold out as well, also our single band thong sandal is sold out too so if you got them enjoy"
So now you know it doesn't have to hurt or cost you big bucks to "walk in my shoes."
